Diffuse / Phosphor layer

The default (Or custom) diffuse image can be used to simulate CRT phosphor. It is also effected by the ambient light, just like the real thing.

Tube / Bezel shadow

If desired, a shadow from the surrounding bezel can add even more realism.

Screen Reflection Image

To complete the simulation, a screen reflection image can add the final ingredient.

Transparent Gel Layer

For systems that used them, a gel image can be composited over the screen, with normal, multiply, or additive blending parameters to give just the right look.

Ambient Light / Night Lighting

Two ambient lighting layers, “Near” for the bezel or monitor, and “Far” for the background, give total control over your night lighting.
